The ABM High Speed Mixers operate as follows:

1.  Ingredients such as flour, water, oil, and misc. ingredients are added to the mixer automatically through the top slide gate.

2.  After all ingredients have been added the mixer starts the mixing process. The mixing tools spin @ 1200 rpm. The mixing time usually ranges from 60 to 150 seconds.

3.  After the dough has been mixed, the bottom slide gate opens and the dough is discharged in 30-50 pound chunks. The dough is typically deposited onto a conveyor system, thus eliminating dough troughs.

4.  The complete batch cycle is usually 3 to 5 minutes.

5.  Optional dough handling systems available for delivering finished product to automated dough portioners/chunkers.
