additional water to the recipe. This means higher yields.

are usually less than 2.5 minutes. Complete
batch cycle time including loading ingredients, mixing and automatic discharge of the finished dough is
usually less than 5 minutes.
Dough chunks are normally conveyed to
downstream equipment thus eliminating dangerous dough
troughs and lifts.
